Hi,
My name is Brian Sullivan, I'm the webmaster as well as a volunteer with the Sandy Spring volunteer Fire Department
As you can see from the site I have some experience with photoshop but don't have the talent to do what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for an image of the number 40(the two numbers) but animated. they'd have a face, arms, and legs. They'd have to be semi "mean" looking(something besides a big smiley face). I'd prefer for the numbers to be red. They'd also have to be holding a halligan tool, along with an axe(shown in the picture below, although both don't have to be holding both). I'd also prefer for the images to have a helmet if possible.

I would be willing to pay, but I'm not sure what something like this would normally cost. Would not be willing to spend over $30 though. I'd also be willing to do a write-up story like on the main page, as well as add a link to your site under our links page.(the linking would be preferred, as we are a volunteer organization as well).
I also won't pay until I get the image(you can water mark it so I can't steal it if you don't trust me), and if I'm not satisfied with it I'll decline to use the image, as well as pay for it.
