1. Open photoshop
2. Make a new document with white background.
3. Open a picture and cut it [head or face or anything u want]
4. make it two colors [black&white] then make the black whiter to get gray color by ctrl+u
5.write some text in gray color and add 1pix white stroke
6. extra - add some shapes or whatever with the same gray color.
