Hello.

I installed Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium (Trial Version) from a PC magazine cover DVD. After the installation I opened up Photoshop,
Dreamweaver & Flash without a hitch. After closing them all down, I attempted to re-open Photoshop about 20 minutes later. I received a message "A problem was encountered while trying to load the trial period for Adobe Photoshop CS3". I attempted to open Flash & Dreamweaver but received the same message. I re-started my PC, no good. I did a repair of the software, no good. I reformatted the hard drive and re-installed the software, no good. I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended (Trial Version) from Adobe's web site and installed it on a second PC and got the same trial period error message.
I installed Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional (Trial Version) from a PC magazine cover CD and it worked fine. I have searched online and quite a few people seem to be having the same problem but as yet I can not find an answer. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it. My PC is an ASUS A8V Deluxe, AMD64 3200+, 1280MB RAM, GeForce 6200 256MB Graphics Card, SoundBlaster 5.1 Audio.

Any help will be greatfully appreciated.

Thanx.

Sharon.

Hi, Well, I have it too, and it's working properly!! every programe has to contain errors... I'm sorry, I never had that message you are talking about, maybe once when I downloaded the trial extended for Photoshop CS2 I guess, and it didn't work, so I downloaded it from the website, then it worked just great...
sorry, can't help more...

Lots of people whohave problems always seem to have an AMD processor, can't be a coincident anymore.
