Hi, I am currently creating a logo for my own company and I think I have the look I want however I want to know if I cant resize it as much as I want and the current look looks a little grainy i think, does anyone know if its possible to convert to a vector in PS C2 I can re-create in another program but want to be able to keep/remake the same gradient and shadow effects already there (only clearer)

Any help on this would be great and I also welcome any suggestions for changes/improvements etc.

If you created the image in PS using the shape tool & text tool then your graphic is vectorized, if not you could try Adobe Streamline that can convert to vector.
Ideally when creating logos and what not Adobe Illustrator is the choice.

Streamline would not be suitable for your needs, I would re-create your design in Illustrator if you have it or in Photoshop at a higher resolution with the Pen tools, just remember that the gradients etc will not be true 'vector' therefore not scaleable (hence the higher output res).
