Hi Everyone-

I am pretty new to photoshop and want to learn everything that it has to offer, but with an endless supply of books on photoshop out there in different skill levels, where should I start without getting ahead of myself and end up confusing myself.

If anybody has any suggestions on books that could cover photoshop completley and it could teach me all the tools and features for beginers, but in laymans terms (or as easy to understand as possiable) I would be truley greatful.

Also, if you know of books that are filled with lessons for beginers so I can start to put what I learned to use and see just what the different tools do, that would be great as well.

Please feel free to contact me via e-mail if you have any questions or need more info.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!!!

Sincerely- Doug Big Wink

Hi There-

Where would I find out if I am using CS2 or CS3?
I have the case in front of me and it says Creative Suite Premium?

Thanks for your time and response.

Sincerely- Doug

Hi there-

No, it just says Creative Suite Premium. I do not see CS2 or CS3 anywhere in or on the packaging or the disks.

Thanks for all your replys.

Ok, then you just have a slightly older version. Get "Classroom in a Book for phtoshop CS" from amazon. Be sure that you have lessons on a CD that goes with it and work your way through the book. You will come out a photoshop expert...!!
