i really can't find the most detailed and easy way to make one and i really want to learn because i want to be able to make them like everyone else does. does anyone know of sites and knowledge in order for me to create some good div layouts? please please help.

Read some bare minimum css basics htmldog.com etc.

And just start doing them

Do first, read later.

Good then you can start experimenting and start practising making themes/layouts with div tags and css commands/properties etc. instead of tables and such.

try http://csszengarden.com, they build whole sites using only CSS, and let you upload your own css to see how it changes.
