Hi It seems after I press enter it stays on the same line instead of going to the next line, and i have to hit enter atleast 10 more times until it is finally below the current text.  Any help would be greatly appreciative.

Hmmm. Interesting. Does this only happen in photoshop or does it happen in all your programs. You might have a faulty enter key.
Are you in a text box?

WoW!...I just had that happen two minute ago...
Bring up the text tool, click on the icon shown as marked #1, then increase the size..marked #2.
