i think for this to be succesfull you need to include ideas for what you are looking for. any color ideas, what kind of games, who will be visiting this website, what is the style you are trying to get out of this. is this a techy forum or an enthusiest forum...need more info...plus will this be a paying job, are you going to buy the rights, buy the logo, credit the artist etc etc etc etc.
i think if you give a little more detail then you will get a far better final product.
