When i make a new rgb document and draw in it with the brush i go to filter then stylize i cannot use the wind filter?? It is there but i cant select it? Any ideas what might be causing this??? Thank's in advance.

Are you in 8bit or 16bit? make sure its in 8bit to have access to all filters.
IMAGE/MODE/BITS CHANNEL.
