|
|
Hello!
I can't seem to save anything as a GIF file on Photoshop, not even regular ol' GIF images I haven't modified at all. It's not listed as a possible extension in the Save As window. I've had this problem before, I believe, but I don't remember what I did to fix it! Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance! |

Are you working in CMYK mode? Try converting image to rgb or index _________________ Barry Flammia

go to file --> save for web. You can then select gif and save it that way. _________________ Barry Flammia

It's not actually allowing me to Save for Web, either! (This option is greyed out on the menu.) I'm so confused! |

Well, after double-checking to see that I was neither running a trial version nor trying to save a 32-bit file, I finally opened the setup file again and "reinstalled" extension files. I probably didn't do this in the first place. But it lets me save now! Sorry to have troubled you with my stupidity! Thanks for all your suggestions! |
