Hello Everybody

Im new to drawing useing photoshop and Im still getting used to the controls and stuff. Im working on a drawing and in a second layer I try to add a skin color but it just turnes yellow when I use the brush, also when I use the pen tool theres a black outline covers what Im cutting out so I cant tell where my lines are always. Please help me! Argue

Are both your brush and layer set to normal?
With regards to the pentool make sure your PATH is highlighted. (see sample)
