How would i be able to make human or human parts become skinny or fatter?
Ive tried some ways and it just dosent look good.

Post a sample of what you need...it really helps.
But right off the top you could use the liquify tool.

It does if you use the freeze tool (F) forth icon from the bottom. Freeze what you need to stay the same.
Push and pull the rest. You can also use the Bloat tool (B) forth from the top.
