Ok, now I've never had a problem with Photoshop until now. I've been learning slowly how to use it over the years and I do love the program but I think there is something bugged with my version. When I go under the Filter menu, I can only do a few of the options. Blur, Noise, Sharpen, Stylize, and other. I can't do Distort, Texture, or any other ones for some reason. I have tried closing it completely and opening up random projects where I know I've used the filter, and still nothing. I've tried everything outside of uninstalling it then re-installing it, and I really don't want to do that.
Anyone have any ideas? Maybe just a way to restore the factory defaults or...something?
Any help would be appreciated.
