im using photoshop7
first question
i need help adding layers. when i try to add a new layer a tray pops up that reads "new layer"- Name:Layer 1.... but i cant figure out how to select a layer i would like, such as a photo or color image?
second question
how would i make a color picture look like buildings in this flyer? and then how would i add the new layer to a project?
hope i am clear.. any help would be great!
