I am a big fan of the filter that comes in CS2 called Cutout, but have often wished it was possible to increase the maximum number of levels it offers to above 8. Are there any plug-ins or other methods available that could enable me to do this?

Only thing I can thing of would be vectoring programs like adobe streamline..or trace in Illustrator.
