Hello!
First i'd like to say hello to everybody!
Now to my question.Here is an image with a cool effect i'd like to achieve.The question is how?

I know for some of you the question may seem stupid,but i'm not a photoshop god(yet :-) so any help would be highly appreciated!

you can create this effect by using grunge brushes. Just google it and you will find loads of free brush downloads.
