Hi people. i've created a logo for my company but I'm trying to sharpen it up quit a bit for the web and also for printing. I've tried increasing the dpi up to 600 with not much luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

Could you post the image as there are many ways to sharpen an image and it depends what the image is like to start with.
