Ive been using Photoshop for a while but its a case of im fairly good at what i know but i dont know that much haha
Basically im really interested in doing graphics with this paint drip (only way i can describe it) effect

Its called GRUNGE. Search this forum and/or google GRUNGE look.
It should yeild you what you are looking for.
