Hi There!
Just recently when I load PS7 I get an error message "ExtendScript.dll failed to load", but when I click OK the program loads normally anyway. I realise that un/reinstalling may solve whatever the problem is but that means going through a whole rigmarole of reinstalling plugins, brushes, gradients etc ( which I would rather avoid doing ).
Anyone got any ideas of what might be done to fix this glitch?
Thanks _________________ I would like to make a come back, but I haven't been anywhere. |

Ha! I wish Atlas...
... rolling back seemed to sort the problem, but guess what?
So here we go, the problem was being caused as a result of having Filter Factory in an external plugin folder... once I removed it I was permanently free of the problem. I had had never used it anyway as it never seemed to work, however I have discovered that ExtendScript.dll can be downloaded and presumably once added to the Windows\system ( or Windows\system32 ) folder the plugin should be capable of doing more than I've ever seen it do. _________________ I would like to make a come back, but I haven't been anywhere. |
