Hi,
I have very little knowledge of photoshop. But after fiddling around, i have managed to get the basic look of what i need.
To make it easy for you I have included the .psd file
This is my help need:
I want the same look of the navigation of the windows vista site:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/
As you can see, there is a fade in the navigation as it goes down.
This is what i need. Also, My logo needs to be reflected similarly to the one on the site
And the same whiteness of the navigation is not achieved, mine is slighlty different.

The .psd file requires no extra resources, such as fonts etc.
