I would like to know how i can change a white sky to a blue one?
I realize that someone posted this,but i would like a tutorial or any plugins to help explain it better.

go to image===>adjustments===>hue/saturation and play with it until you ge the color youd like.

If its a white sky the adjustment/hue/sat might not work. Hue/Sat needs something besides black or white to work.
You might have to select the sky and replace it.
Can you post the image?

Hope the original image is larger for your sake...this is actually to small to work..but the idea is the same.
You can use the "color range" (Select/color range)
Then click on the white sky and slide the fuzzy slider until all of the sky is included...once selected feather the selection by .3% (selection/feather)
Delete or mask out.
Place the blue sky (my example is just a blue layer) under the gazebo image.
