I'm trying to take images that are about 300x300px and convert to 100x100px. When I change image size in PS and constrain proportions, the result is a jagged-looking image.
The resolution is set to 72 px/inch and the Resample Image box is set to Bicubic.
Am I always gonna have jaggies in this scenario and what can I do to make it look smoother? Also, does it make a difference if it's gif vs. jpg? |

correct me if im wrong but isnt 72 PX/Inch like really crappy? i believe that no matter what you do with an image like this it wont turn out to good just because of that. and yes jpg vs gif does make a diff. jpg is much more preferable but takes up more file space. sorry i dotn really know about this question i hope i helped a little. |
