Hello. Well I Need To Know How To Cut Images && Add Them To A Different Layer.
Because Im Trying To Make A Sig.
Can Somebody Please Help.

Make your selection of what you want to cut, Edit, cut....Edit paste..the cut out part will be on its own layer..

Then move that layer above the layer you want to put it on, and merge those 2 layers..

You can also copy, paste, and it will paste on it's own layer without cutting it out of the first image..
