Hey people
i am fairly new to photoshop and i am trying to scale down about at least 80 GIFs but i need to do them all together because each GIF is not the same size. But i need to retain the proportions. thats why i have to do them together. Does anyone know if you can do that in PS and if so how.
If not does anyone know of a program that would. Thanks so much in advance.

Did you want to make them all the same size, or different sizes depending on their original size? Wayne |

yea the GIFs are all different sizes. so when i scale them all together they would still be different sizes. cause i cant loose proportion. does that make sense? the gifs are of people or characters in defferent positions with a transparent background thats why there all different sizes. and thats why i have to keep them all proportioned properly. Thanks for you help |

Theres the fit image command that will make them all within a certain size, say all within 500 pixles high or wide or whatever size you choose, that will keep the proportions or the image ratio (say a 6x4 format) but not keep individual images a different size in relation to each other.
If you have CS2 theres an image size in bridge for batch sizing, theres another thread here somewhere about it. Wayne |

ok cool thanks. I actually just scaled them all by percent. i had to do them all seperate but at least there the same perportion. now cropping them is the prob. cause that takes twice as long. i was able to create a action with PS to scale them fast. but you cant make a action to crop them cause there all different. Well thanks all. |
