Open a new layer over your drawing, set the blend mode on the layers palette to colour, pick the colour you want and with the brush tool, just paint it on. I'd use a new layer for each colour.
Look out for hand colouring tutorials, they are about. Wayne |

If you are talking about line drawings (as in ink drawing) you might be better of setting the layer mode to multiply. (Setting it to color works great to colorize B/W photos (it paints the greys) but not so well on drawn line since the line tends to be black and white, little or no grey)
