Hey guys,
I want to put some kind of cool digital effect on this pic. I've tried some online tutorials and for some reason it doesn't turn out well at all. I think it has to do with the fact that this is a pic taken from a camera phone and thus it is low resolution. Anyone want to take a stab at putting some kind of digital effect on it (not like the Matrix but something sort of like it).

I think it would look a lot better if you would of used a softer brush when you erased the background.
It will give it a more soft look.
