how would something like this be done? does it take a lot of experience? or can someone who just started do it?

Its not difficult at all. You place your camera on a tripod.Then you take 3 pictures, one at each location around the car. Put each picture on its own layer. Then you erase (or mask out) the background on the top 2 layer leaving only the person in place. It's best to take the three pictures in a short period of time to keep the lighting and shadows at correct angles.
