How do I take the glare or white spots off of people's eyes that are made from the subject wearing glasses. I tried the replace color tool but it replaces all the color but the area I want to fill in. Help!!!

can you post an example...because I've seen them cleaned up using blur filters and / or layers blendings and / or cloning and / or painting them out....depends on what you are looking at.

The horse picture I would add a top layer to the picture and paint it. then adjust the opacity to show it thru. I don't think you want to take it completly out just dull it a little. Just a guess.
