Im not sure if this is the same problem as the topic below. sorry if it is.
Just when i try to add text to anything it just freezes the program. What do you think the problem is?? |

Can you give some more info? System set up, version of PS. Is it happening to all fonts? Do you have a lot of fonts on your computer. Do you use a font manager? Have you tried trashing your preferences? |

im using windows xp, ps is cs2, the fonts i have are all the standard ones. What should i do to my preferences? |

How much RAM? If it happening with all fonts? Do you use a font manager?
Did this just start? has it always done this?
You can trash prefs by holding down Shift+Alt+Cntrl as you launch Photoshop. You'll get a dialog to delete settings. |
