Well, let's see...the cigar matting ain't bad, but unless he's missing some teeth, there's no way that cigar is actually in his mouth...and you used an unaltered Lens Flare, which is punishable by gruesome death...ooh, and the Liquify filter to adjust his expression, also punishable by death...and what do you know, the perspective of the teeth doesn't match the perspective of the frog's head, with poor compositing to boot.
