I copied some layers from one PSD file to a new PSD file. How can I order the layers? On the old one, layer one was on top of layer two. Now, layer two is on top of layer one.

Click on a layer in the layer palette, drag and drop above/below the other layer (within the palette). Simple as that. Basically, the the higher up the layers are on the palette, the higher they are in the order.
There are other ways, of course... but this is the simplest. |
