Not bad, the flashing fonts are kind of hard to read.

I don't think there's enough contrast. It makes it hard to read. Maybe if you lightened up the lighter greens?

...or made the text white with a black outline...Im a big fan of the Stroke and Outer Glow features in Photoshop...
