Well. To be completely honest, it looks noting like stained glass. Try searching google imagrs for stained glass pictures. Then you may be able to get a better I dea on how to do it. There's also a stained glass filter in Photoshop.

Ugggh...  I didn't know what to call it, i meant to say window but i was tired and sleepy. So it IS a window with a nice design what do u think of it. Also i tried the stained glass option in PS, and I didn't really like it so I'm making my own.

I think there called glass bricks.
Stained glass windows are the ones that are found in churches
