I would have made ths ky a gradient, to soften the blue up a bit. But i like how you switch on the lights.

what colour page background will you using? as it stands now it is to stark for my liking
The roll over effects are quite good
What does SOAL mean. Is this a typo
do you mean SOUL?

I would go a little bit darker blue and stars or a range of colors for sunset.

i agrea with properius, some more detail on the blue part would be nice!
but i think the blue and the silver buttons go very well toghether!

The text is a little large for the bar, I dont know if that was intended but its the only thing Ididnt like.

thnx for the replies guys, wat have in mind is, making the bg maybe white, but the for buildings, make it go from nite to day, and i will change the soalcreations to make it blend in more, and it is SOAL, soal spelled backwards is laos, my ethnicity, and i think thats it, and thnx again guys~!

i agree it doesnt look very good just one color...its too empty
the cityscape however does look very good
