IMHO
Not the right typeface for job (I'd be thinking of all lowercase) and type colour could be complementary to image (seeing that it's almost monochrome)
about the border... well the jury's out on that one

I dont know I like the type, maybe if it was a slightly mellower color it would fit better, but the font isnt bad.

oh ok since its for res i think that maybe it should be darker instead of brighter....just my opinion
