Hi, I was following a tutorial to use a filter producing a cone effect or something like that, and i came up with this design. I felt it could do as an anniversary card, what do u think?

its cool but a little flashy, it vibes "southern baptist chruch" for some reason.

Thanks for your comment, as for thr church effect may be it is related to candles  , i just cleaned these from a pic i have and used it in this card. as for the colors i was rather fond of the brilliant colors
