Please somebody explain how can I make foregroudn image (girl) as he belong to picture?! Other object alsou is cuting and puting one by one, but they look naturaly, but girl dont.. what is the problem - dimension, color, contrast e.t.c... please help?!!!

One of the biggest things you have to look for when doing composites is the lighting.
Look at the shadows on the sand dunes, you can see the light is coming from the back, as the shadows are in front.
Now look at the girl, she is front lit.

Im agree, but also there cannot be done anything with gradient map or maybe there is some technique for cuting object or feathering, because I think that if light would be correct any way something would be missing, or I wrong?!

Getting the lighting correct is the first thing to do. You can also use the smudge tool set at a low strength to blend the edges just slightly.
