ok. i just got a new comp

2.8 GHz AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ dual-core processor, 500 GB SATA hard drive, 3 GB RAM (8 GB max)

i jsut bought and installed a GeForce 8600 GT.
and when using photoshop it is somewhat slow loading and saving big files (500mb PSDs)

is my comps speed insufficient or is it just the size of the files im workin with?
