Yeah I had a quick play with it last week, looks good! Definitely worth a look if you're new to image editing. Generally, I'm not a fan of web based applications, the lag always pains me but I appreciate the effort on Adobe's part. The fact that it's a flash interface speeds it up and keeps it smooth but you can't beat having things on your hard drive!
Still, it's free, so worth checking out I'd say!
