Hello, I don't know if this is in the exact forum or not, but anyways. I am experiencing a problem with Photoshop CS2. The text doesn't want to show up what so ever. I have NEVER had this problem before. So please don't reply with the following...
1) Check and see if your text is the same color as the background.
2) Make sure your text is under anything.
Or any of that type of nature because I have used photoshop for about 2 years now. So if anyone has any info on this, please help, thanks.
There could be so many reasons for this, but coming on a forum asking for help then telling us what NOT to answer really makes you sound arrogant.
However, have you:
Made sure there is a layer in the palette, so the text is actually there?
if so, have you made sure the text is the top layer?
and if so what is the layer mode? (normal/overlay etc)
checked the opacity and fill levels?
are you using the proper text tool and not the masking text tool?
restarted your computer? keyboards have been known to stop working at times.
is the font your using a standard font?
if you do have a layer for it, if you rasterise the layer, then use the magic wand, does the outline of the text show?
