I dont understand how to/ and what photoshop actions are. I downloaded one, and supposedly it makes something, but how do i use it?

What type of an action was it that you downloaded? and what was the file extension?

Photoshop Help - Press F1 and type in the word "Actions"; you'll have about a couple of hours' reading and fiddling from that alone ....

There's an actions pallette that can be found in Window -> Actions. That is a list of all the actions you have. Press the play button to run through an action. An action is basically a recorded list of steps that you can apply to an image. They really come in handy when you have a lot of leg work, like sizing 1000 pictures in one shot.

OYBRO,
How do you create an action to resize more than 1 pic at a time?
(They really come in handy when you have a lot of leg work, like sizing 1000 pictures in one shot.)

Thank you, Photoshop is new to me so it took a few mins to figure it out but works great.
