I am new to these forums but already I have learned a lot! I am also rather new to photoshop, only been working with it for a couple months now. The reason I started using it was a simple photo restoration project that my mother had for me. I have had really good results fixing photos, yet one has got me stumped. I wasn't sure if I should post this here, but I figured a few of yall might wanna take a stab at it.
I posted the file as a full size 300 dpi scan to give as much valuable detail as possible.
If there aren't any takers, I will understand. It is quite a project as I have spent a good 12 hours with it!

I took a look at it and to tell you the truth...I don't even know were to start..all the channels are trashed. I'll give it another look over some other day just in case I get some brilliant idea.
