Hi all,

I'm new to the forum - I'm an urban design and planning student and I'm wanting to produce some high quality collages to illustrate my designs of sites.

I've attached some images that demonstrate the type of effect I am going for. My main issue is that I can't work out how to produce the paving like effects. I've played around with pattern maker importing jpegs created in Illustrator but it deletes lines.

Apologies if this has been covered - I couldn't find anything using the search. If anybody could offer some assistance or point me in the direction of a good tutorial i would really appreciate it!!

Thanks,
Pete
