fairly new to this but seemed to pick it up well but I was wondering is there any way to make paint look glossy..like a clear coat finish? I'm working on chaning the color of a car but it was painted primer color. Is there a brush or tool that you can go over the color and shine it up. Thanks in advanced for any info

I am not a pro but can you change it using Layer Styles? Double click on the layer and choose styles. Select the fifth tab. This effect will work out fine only if you want your image to be blue...
