with a little help from joe92865 I figured out something and was able to create this. what do you think, can I add remove something?

that actually looks like a sky effect you can make in Bryce 5....good job

shhh your ruining it lol...
...i actually tried remaking that picture but i couldnt get the layers right so it would look similar...it might be because photoshop elements is like a demo for PS 7

you were runing the compliment lol.....ps 6 is stilll far better then elements though....one...u cant even do layer styles unless u use the preset styles
