Yeah I've been 3 times now, I love the place.
I'd say my favourite place in NYC is Central Park, it's a really beautiful place to be, especially in the Summer. I love seeing all the different activities going on as you walk around it, last time I was there we sat and watched the boats on the lake, a volleyball game (well part of it), a martial arts class, some dude playing the saxophone, some kind of wedding ceremony, a magician, artists, and much much more. I love the way you can close your eyes and feel like you're in the middle of the countryside, and then open them up to see the NY skyline!
We did all the tourist bits like the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Times Square etc. In fact, we stayed in Times Sq, had a great view out of the window looking at the clock tower.
Great times!
