Thanks for all you guys do! This is an amazing resource.
I am doing a series of banners and want to do something similar to this:

I will have 4 different colors with the same effect (streaking) in the background. I have tried a few things and nothing looks that great. I would love some input as to how I can pull this off...
Any replies will be greatly appreciated! |

Hey,
If we can see what you have done already, then we can tell you where you have gone wrong.
Sometimes the small things make all the difference.
Don't wanna waste time guessing if your already 90% of the way there and are just one effect or gradient off it looking good. |
