Hi. I'm using photoshop CS 2 and im trying to achieve something which im sure photoshop could do. Im creating animations for a 2d game by prerendering them in maya. Maya autogenerates the alpha channel based on the geometry but this doesnt work out too well as due to antialiasing the edges are blended rather than being perfectly sharp which is what i need. Now i can fix this by altering levels manually on the alpha channel of each layer(frame) but it is very time consuming. What i need to know is if there is a way to either replace all grey shades between white and black with a solid black on the alpha channels of every frame in a single pass or alther the levels on every channel in one pass. The other thing im stuck with is i need different colour variations of the sprite i am working on, so i was wondering if i could colourize every layer in a single pass too? Thanks for any help! |
