When I use my graph tablet, half the time when I put the pen down, a round Windows 7 looking circle forms then the brush menu opens at that spot. Just like with my other problem, I don't have this issue in Illustrator, only in Photoshop.

Looks like I solved it. In the Wacom properties control, I noticed that the bottom button was set to double click and the side button to click. I reversed them and now it's working the way it should.
