okay soo ive seen peoples myspace pictures and theyll hae there earings like really bright and sparkleyy...and they said they did it on photoshop! can some one help?! thanks! btw im useing the mac version

You can do it with an brush set to airbrush...
or do what I did used a sparkle brush you can find some here.

The ones I use I got off another forum that is currently down for some reason.

Screen shot of what? Did you check out the link?
Its a brush you need to add to your brush sets.

or

with the PS airbrush and a pen tablet.

I wish I could find the site I got this off but I can't for the life of me.
They made these incrediable starlights to overlay your image... I just turned it into a brush instead.
Download this image and open it up in PS.
Then go to:
EDIT / Define Brush Preset / name it.

Now you can go to the brushes palette and under Brushes presets it will be the last brush... all the way down.

Make sure your foreground color is white and reduce the brush size to something managable..there you have it.
